Why SOL’s first VWAP pullback is the cleaner long

A modest SOL push higher can tell you buyers are present, but it does not automatically make the breakout worth chasing. The better trade is often the first pullback after VWAP reclaim, where structure, risk, and continuation line up more cleanly.

SOL’s small climb is context, not an entry.

Why the first retest matters

If price has already reclaimed session VWAP, the question is whether the move still offers a clean long — not whether buyers showed up. VWAP is the session fairness line: above it, buyers are paying up on average.

What to wait for

The first retest of VWAP is often better than chasing the breakout candle. A cleaner long usually needs the reclaim, the retest, and some support from the tape before you act.

Simple risk frame

Keep the stop under the most recent swing low, not under the entry candle. Use R as your risk unit and size for current volatility. If ATR expands, position size should come down.

If the trend is strong, a trailing stop can make sense. If momentum fades, a TP ladder is usually cleaner.
