By starting the Hunter AI bot or using this website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy & Security policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement and to trade in your country to use Hunter AI.

Hunter AI is an analysis, education and automation tool. It reads the market, explains signals, assesses risk and, where you enable it, can help execute trades.

Hunter AI is not a financial adviser, broker or fund manager. Nothing it produces is personalized investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Every decision, and its outcome, is yours.

You are responsible for making sure that using Hunter AI, and trading derivatives, is legal where you live. Some products and features may not be available in every region.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with the rules of any exchange you connect.

Your access is tied to your Telegram account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure. In particular, you agree to:

Some features require a paid Pro subscription. Prices and what's included are shown in the bot and on this website and may change over time.

Payments are handled by our payment processor. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, payments are non-refundable. If a subscription renews, you can manage or cancel it as described in the bot.

Auto-trading is optional. If you connect an exchange and enable it, you authorize Hunter AI to place and manage trades on your behalf according to your settings. Please understand that:

Trading crypto derivatives involves substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. Prices are volatile and leverage magnifies both gains and losses. You can lose some or all of your capital.

Only trade money you can afford to lose. Past performance and any illustrative figures are not a promise of future results.

Hunter AI works alongside third parties such as Telegram, exchanges, AI providers and payment processors. We don't control those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

We are not responsible for the actions, outages or decisions of third parties, including any exchange where your funds are held.

The Hunter AI name, software, content and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service as intended.

You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the service without our written permission.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that signals will be profitable, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it will be free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunter AI and its team are not liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

You can stop using Hunter AI at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, put the service or other users at risk, or where we're required to by law.

Some terms — such as those on risk, intellectual property and liability — continue to apply after your access ends.

We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. When we make significant changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the bot.

Continuing to use Hunter AI after an update means you accept the revised terms.
